Hello, Fellow Business Owner, 

Hopefully, you’ve stumbled upon us during your quest to offer healthcare benefits to your valuable employee population.  Historically, group benefits have been a tough fit for smaller employers based on various factors.  The most common one I’ve heard is the future cost.  Sure, the premiums are $X in year one, but what’s the cost in year 2 and beyond?  Can I operate a small business knowing that one of my most significant costs is such an unpredictable variable?

Commentary: Fixed Cost Benefits takes a different approach to this space.  I believe that ICHRA and QSEHRA are not always replacements for group health.  They’re often a lead-up or  short-term sanctuary.  For those who despise the ACA Marketplace for its Government subsidies,  I don’t disagree.  However, what the marketplace is missing is healthy paying customers.  What better remedy for that than the slew of small businesses that have for years said they couldn’t afford it.
